华营建筑行政总裁李嘉贤辞任 潘树杰接任
财中社12月31日电华营建筑（01582）发布公告，董事会宣布李嘉贤已辞任行政总裁，自2025年1月1日起生效。李嘉贤将继续担任董事会的执行董事。公司表示李嘉贤与董事会之间无任何意见分歧，辞任事宜不需提请股东及香港联合交易所关注。
与此同时，潘树杰被委任为新的行政总裁，自2025年1月1日起生效。潘树杰在建筑行业拥有超过35年的经验，曾任首席营运总监及副总经理，并于2020年8月加入公司。其任命没有特定服务年期，月薪为21万港元，另加根据表现酌情决定的花红。
