明发集团执行董事兼CEO钟小明辞任 尚轩接任
财中社12月31日电明发集团（00846）发布公告，执行董事兼首席执行官钟小明因需投入更多时间处理其他事务，自2025年1月1日起辞任该职务。钟小明与董事会确认并无意见分歧，也无须向股东及香港联合交易所特别说明相关事宜。
同时，董事会已委任执行董事尚轩为新首席执行官，自钟小明辞任生效之日起正式上任。尚轩将不为首席执行官职位订立特定服务合约，但其年度酬金为67万港元。尚轩与公司董事、高级管理层或主要股东并无关系，且在过去三年内未担任其他公募公司的董事或监事。
