智通财经APP讯，越秀房产信托基金(00405)公布，于2024年12月31日，越秀房产基金按每个基金单位 3.861652港元的价格向越龙控股有限公司(越秀地产的一间全资附属公司，且为越秀房产基金的重大基金持有人及关联人士)发行2000万个基金单位(即2024年递延基金单位)，以部分支付越秀房产基金于2012年投资广州国际金融中心的未偿代价。
