中梁控股胡辉任执行董事
财中社12月31日电中梁控股（02772）发布公告，宣布胡辉女士自2024年12月31日起被委任为执行董事。胡女士拥有超过25年的房地产开发及销售运营经验，自2016年5月起担任公司营销专业副总经理。她在加入公司前曾在其他地产集团担任营销总监及副总经理，并于1999年获得华东师范大学经济学学士学位，2022年被授予高级经济师职称。
根据公告，胡女士与公司签订的服务合约为期三年，年薪为43万元，此外还有根据其职务及市场情况而定的酌情分红。她的任期将持续至公司首次股东周年大会为止，届时将按照公司章程进行轮席退任及连任选举。
