　　宜明昂科发布公告称，拟以最高约9819万元人民币出售上海张投尧新科技发展全部股权予上海张江（集团）。据公告指，上海张投尧新科技发持有上海市浦东新区康桥工业园区的工业土地，土地面积约2.8万平方米。集团表示，出售事项落实后将加强现金流，出售事项所得款项拟用作一般营运资金。
