消息面上，宜明昂科发布公告称，拟以最高约9819万元人民币出售上海张投尧新科技发展全部股权予上海张江（集团）。据公告指，上海张投尧新科技发持有上海市浦东新区康桥工业园区的工业土地，土地面积约2.8万平方米。集团表示，出售事项落实后将加强现金流，出售事项所得款项拟用作一般营运资金。
此外，宜明昂科近期公布，集团独立研发的IMM0306(一种靶向CD47xCD20的原创新药双特异性抗体)治疗视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病的Ib期临床试验成功完成首例患者给药，且并无不良事件报告。截至本公告日期，集团拥有IMM0306的全球知识产权及商业化权利。
