Vintage Energy (ASX:VEN) said Chief Financial Officer Simon Gray will retire, effective Jan. 1, 2025, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Gray will continue to serve as company secretary and provide consultancy financial management advice, the filing said.
