阳光纸业与盛泰药业签订三年蒸汽供电协议
财中社12月31日电阳光纸业（02002）发布公告，宣布与盛泰药业签订了2024年蒸汽供应协议和供电协议。蒸汽供应协议将于2025年1月1日生效，至2027年12月31日止，期限为三年，届满时可每次续期不超过三年。协议中，盛世热电同意向盛泰药业供应蒸汽，价格为每吨220.18元，预计在2025年至2027年期间，蒸汽价格将上涨约5%。
供电协议的条款与蒸汽供应协议相似，盛世热电将向盛泰药业供应电力，价格为每千瓦时0.45元，协议同样有效期至2027年。根据过往数据，蒸汽供应协议的年度上限分别为1.73亿元、2.07亿元和2.43亿元，而供电协议的年度上限为6700万元、7730万元和8530万元。公告中提到，董事会认为这些协议条款公平合理，符合公司及股东的整体利益。
