【华晨中国与TCL成立合资企业以于中国从事智能座舱及显示器组件业务】金十数据12月31日讯，华晨中国(01114.HK)宣布，于2024年12月31日，沈阳金杯汽车工业控股有限公司与TCL恒时天瑞投资(宁波)有限公司订立合资协议，内容有关成立一间合资企业以于中国从事开发及制造智能座舱及显示器组件业务。该合资企业将主要专注于开发人工智能软件、提供云计算装备技术服务、信息系统集成服务、技术咨询服务、软件外包服务以及销售智能制造解决方案、汽车软硬件及电子零部件等。根据合资协议，该合资企业于成立后将由金杯汽控及TCL宁波分别持有各50%权益。该合资企业之资本承担总额将为人民币14亿元，其中人民币7亿元将由金杯汽控以现金出资，而人民币7亿元将由TCL宁波部分以现金及部分以注入资产方式出资。
