智通财经APP讯，国富创新(00290)及华科智能投资(01140)联合公布，于2024年12月31日，国富创新拟向华科智能投资收购南方东英资产管理有限公司全部已发行股本的22.50%，代价为11.1亿港元，将由国富创新根据国富创新拟于国富创新股东特别大会上寻求的特别授权按发行价(即每股国富创新股份0.79港元)配发及发行代价股份予以支付。
