　　帝王实业控股（01950）发布公告，于2024年12月27日，公司（作为卖方）与买方BlueOcean Investment （Global） Ltd（独立第三方）订立买卖协议，卖方有条件同意出售，而买方有条件同意以购买价购买出售股份（占目标公司已发行股本的25%）。购买价人民币2084万元应以现金分期支付。

　　于本公不日期，目标公司Darkblue Investment Ltd．由卖方直接全资拥有。于完成时，目标公司将由卖方持有75%，由买方持有25%。目标公司主要从事投资控股业务，而其间接全资附属公司浙江深蓝主要从事制造及销售人工革化学品。
