智通财经APP讯，煜盛文化(01859)发布公告，于2024年12月24日，本公司间接全资附属公司北京煜盛文化有限公司(北京煜盛)已与一名独立第三方(合作伙伴)订立合作协议，订约方与电视台共同投资、制作及推出一档音乐综艺节目，旨在通过原创音乐推广中国非物质文化遗产。北京煜盛将负责(其中包括)甄选、培训及管理音乐综艺节目参加者;以及音乐综艺节目的宣传及推广。预期音乐综艺节目将于2025年7月或前后于该电视台播出。北京煜盛将有权获得音乐综艺节目产生的收入，包括广告收入、赞助收入以及来自平台用户的收入分成。
本集团是原创视频内容服务供应商，主要从事视频内容营运。此次合作与本集团继续深耕综艺节目领域的策略一致。在专业及可靠的合作伙伴的支持下，该项目预期将拥有庞大的市场潜力及影响力。本公司希望透过参与此优质项目，为股东创造可观的价值。
