12月30日金融一线消息，贵州银行今日发布公告称，该行拟以零元对价受让铜仁丰源村镇银行有限责任公司其他股东所持铜仁丰源80%的股份并将其改建为支行（收购设立）。董事会已审议通过有关收购设立的议案，并将提交该行股东大会审议。
