消息面上，深圳国际公告称，华南物流园土地整备利益统筹项目一期留用土地已获得深圳市龙华区人民政府批准，并将开展供地相关工作，该通告的发布标志着集团拥有上述地块的开发权，将待正式履行相关土地出让手续后开展后续开发工作。
华源证券此前指出，公司华南物流园区转型升级项目即将进入兑现期，土地整备提供利润增量，分红提升下公司价值凸显。华泰证券也表示，华南物流园转型项目有望贡献明显利润增量。
