智通财经APP讯，医汇集团(08161)发布公告，于2024年12月30日，医汇医务及嘉伟男仕健康(均为公司间接附属公司)(作为共同租户)与业主海港城置业有限公司就租赁该物业订立租赁协议，每月租金为14.85万港元(不包括冷气费、服务费、政府差饷及所有其他支出)，自2025年1月1日起至2026年12月31日止为期两年(包括首尾两日)。
据悉，物业为香港九龙尖沙咀广东道5号海港城海洋中心12楼1211–12室。
