金吾财讯 | 海螺材料科技(02560)今日起招股，拟发行1.45亿股H股，其中10%为香港公开发售，其余为国际配售，另有15%超额配股权。每股招股价为3-3.3港元，每手1000股，入场费3,333.28港元。中信建投国际为独家保荐人。股份预期将于2025年1月9日挂牌上市。
假设发售价为3.15港元（3-3.3港元中位数），公司预期集资净额约4.18亿港元，拟将约35.0%用于优化本集团的产能，同时有效扩大公司在中国及若干海外国家的地理覆盖范围；约10.0%用于实施营销计划，以增加及巩固公司在中国及全球水泥及混凝土制造行业的市场份额；约15.0%用于进一步投入资源到支持公司市场地位的研发计划中；约15.0%用于偿还部分银行贷款；约15.0%用于通过收购公司或成立合资公司；约10.0%用作营运资金和其他一般企业用途。
