诺辉健康(06606.HK) 公布，朱叶青由于个人健康原因，已于昨日(30日)辞任董事会主席及首席执行官职务，自同日起生效。
董事会认为，朱叶青的管理风格及理念与董事会其他成员有重大差异，且允许朱叶青继续参与公司的管理并不符合公司及其股东的整体最佳利益；鉴于朱叶青仅辞去主席及首席执行官的职位，而不是执行董事的职位，董事会已决议召开股东特别大会，以罢免朱叶青的执行董事职务，自股东特别大会通过批准建议罢免的普通决议案当日起生效。
同日，董事会已决议委任非执行董事姚纳新取代朱叶青为主席及根据联交所证券上市规则第3.05条的公司授权代表，并委任姚纳新取代朱叶青为公司提名委员会主席。
该股自今年3月28日起停牌，并将继续停牌至履行复牌指引。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
