广州农商银行已完成向广州资产管理有限公司出售和转让资产，金额为99.93亿元
财中社12月31日电广州农商银行（01551）发布公告，宣布其于2024年12月30日完成了一项主要交易，以总价99.93亿元向广州资产管理有限公司出售和转让资产。此次交易的最高适用百分比率超过25%但低于75%，因此根据《上市规则》第14章的规定，需遵守相关申报和公告要求。股东已在2024年12月13日的临时股东大会上审议并批准了该交易。
公告中指出，资产转让协议的金额将分批次以现金方式支付，且与所转让资产相关的权益、利益及义务，已于交易完成时移交给买方广州资产管理有限公司。
