智通财经APP获悉，国银金租(01606)早盘涨近7%，截至发稿，涨6.67%，报1.28港元，成交额1237.82万港元。
消息面上，海航控股公告，天津航空拟以其持有的国银金租4.99%的股权抵偿其对海航控股的欠款，抵债金额为7.72亿元。交易完成后，海航控股将成为国银金租前十大股东，有利于与国银金租在飞机租赁业务领域开展更深度合作并获取投资收益。本次交易属于关联交易，需提交公司股东大会审议。
此外，国银金租宣布，公司全资附属CDBALF的一间特殊目的公司，与卖方订立飞机购买及回租协议，卖方已同意向CDBALF转让卖方权利，以根据卖方与波音订立的原购买合同向波音购买及接收4架新B737 MAX 8飞机。各架飞机将于交付后通过经营租赁协议由CDBALF租赁予卖方。出租人预期将于2026年年底前接收购买及回租协议项下的飞机。
