12月30日金融一线消息，在中国人民银行和全国金融标准化技术委员会（“金标委”）的指导下，网联清算公司牵头制定的国际标准《第三方支付服务信息系统安全框架指南》（ISO/TS 9546）于2024年12月19日正式发布，这标志着我国金融标准化“走出去”取得新突破。

　　2021年参与制定并发布国际标准《第三方支付服务信息系统的安全目的》（ISO 23195）后，网联清算公司牵头了第三方支付服务信息系统安全框架国际标准制定工作。作为我国牵头的第二个第三方支付领域国际标准，《第三方支付服务信息系统安全框架指南》（ISO/TS 9546）既是中国移动支付成功实践的总结，更充分展现了中国移动支付在国际上的领先地位。该标准对第三方支付服务的安全框架、设计原则、功能要求等方面进行了规范，其应用实施，将有助于增强信息系统安全、降低支付交易风险、保障用户资金安全，进一步便利跨境业务开展，促进支付行业健康发展。
