Smart Globe's (HKG:1481) unit Tera Logistics has completed the acquisition of two pieces of land adjacent to the border of Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo, a Friday bourse filing said.
The printing company has also completed the issue of HK$20.1 million of convertible bonds to DCQ Holdings, a British Virgin Islands-incorporated company.
The firm will use proceeds from the issue as general working capital for its logistics business.
