福田实业更新现有持续关联交易
财中社1月3日电福田实业（00420）发布公告，更新现有持续关联交易。根据2027年物资采购框架协议，中纺集团同意或促使其附属公司向公司供应用于制造布料及成衣的纺织原料及其他物资，以及出租办公室地方。董事会澄清，尽管协议范围包括出租办公室地方，但交易年度上限仅适用于制造布料及成衣相关的纺织原料及其他物料的采购。
公司目前并未从中纺集团租用任何办公室地方。如未来有计划从中纺集团租用办公室，将由相关方订立正式租赁协议，并根据上市规则进行进一步公告。除以上披露外，公告内所有其他资料保持不变。
