国富创新（00290）发布公告，内容有关收购目标公司即深圳量旋科技有限公司（“量旋科技”）的股权，于2024年12月30日（联交所交易时段后），公司与量旋科技签订战略合作协议。据此，公司将与量旋科技在下述领域进行战略合作：（1） 国际资本市场的投融资对接，包括但不限于协助量旋科技与国际机构投资者的对接、上市辅导及融资统筹等；及（2） 共同探讨量子科学在金融科技、金融教育、量子金融等领域的运用，促成双方及其战略合作伙伴之间就量子科学在上述领域的开发及应用展开深度合作。
