SPS Commerce said Thursday it will pay $210 million to acquire Carbon6 Technologies, a company that provides software tools to Amazon sellers.

About 40% of the purchase price will be SPS stock.

The company anticipates the transaction will add about $7 million to its revenue for the first quarter of 2025, and about $40 million to its annual revenue.

Carbon6 offers solutions to Amazon sellers that automate the dispute process and recover lost revenue from fulfillment errors. SPS, which is based in Minneapolis, connects retail partners to optimize supply chain operations.

In August, SPS said it acquired SupplyPike, a company that supports Walmart suppliers, in a deal worth $206 million in cash and stock.
