兴证国际认购票据 获分配认购总额为700万美元
财中社1月3日电兴证国际（06058）发布公告称，其间接全资附属公司CISI Investment于2025年1月2日通过牵头经办人认购了发行人General Motors Financial Company, Inc.发售的票据，CISI Investment获分配认购总额为700万美元（约合5495万港元）的票据，代价为699万美元（约合5489万港元），不包括交易成本。该票据的固定年利率为5.35%，到期日为2030年1月7日，且为高级无担保票据。
根据上市规则第14.07条下有关认购事项的其中一项适用百分比率超过5%但低于25%，此项交易构成须予披露交易。董事认为此次认购符合公司的投资策略，以及认购事项符合本公司及股东的整体利益。
