消息面上，2024年12月25日，美国制药巨头礼来公司宣布其创新药物穆峰达（替尔泊肽注射液）在中国正式上市。机构指出，药物具备优秀的减重效果和良好的安全性，为中国的肥胖患者提供了一种新的、有效的治疗选择，预计市场规模将持续提高。固相合成载体作为替尔泊肽化学合成的重要材料，有望随替尔泊肽药物市场份额扩张高速发展，预计2030年全球市场需求达到35.3亿元，2024-2030复合增长率为17.9%。
来凯医药此前宣布，其自主研发的LAE102（ActRIIA单克隆抗体）针对超重/肥胖在中国开展的I期临床试验进展顺利：单次剂量递增（SAD）研究中的全部64名受试者（分为8个静脉输注和皮下注射递增剂量队列），均已完成给药。去年11月，来凯医药与礼来签订一项临床合作协议，在来凯医药保留LAE102的全球权利背景下，LAE102在美国的一期研究将由礼来负责并承担相关费用。
