消息面上，长飞光纤发布公告，公司与El.En.于2024年12月31日签署了《股权收购框架协议补充协议》，同意延展框架协议有效期。双方一致同意将框架协议的协议有效期修订为：框架协议于双方签署之日生效，并将于2025年3月31日(若未经双方书面同意延长)；双方及其他相关方达成本次交易的相关正式协议之日；或经由双方书面同意之日(以较早日期为准)终止。其余条款效力除补充协议修订条款之外，框架协议的其余部分继续有效。公司将积极做好风险防范，并依据相关法律法规及时披露项目进展情况。
