智通财经APP获悉，康耐特光学(02276)涨超3%，两周累计涨幅近八成。截至发稿，涨3.67%，报24港元，成交额1794.4万港元。
消息面上，2024年12月23日早间，康耐特发布公告，公司拟向香港歌尔泰克(歌尔股份间接全资子公司)配售5332.5万股(占康耐特配售前、配售后12.5%、11.1%的股份)，配售价为15.86港元/股；12月29日晚间，公司公告香港歌尔泰克已与康耐特若干现有股东(控股股东除外)协商收购不超过4280万股(占康耐特配售前配售后10.0%、8.9%的股份)。
申万宏源发布研报称，本次歌尔股份拟连续认购、收购公司股权，正是彰显产业链对康耐特的认可，配售相关款项将用于智能眼镜和XR头戴设备的镜片和视觉解决方案的研发、设计和制造，进一步助力公司发展。若后续歌尔认购、收购全部完成，歌尔对康耐特的持股比例可能提升至20%以上，有利于提升公司与歌尔之间的战略合作关系，为公司带来更多业务发展机会，以及与歌尔的合作机会。
