Franklin Wireless (FKWL) said its board appointed Reid Granados as interim chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1.
Granados succeeds Bill Bauer, who stepped down as acting CFO, effective the same date, to continue his roles as general counsel and director of strategic planning, the company said in a regulatory filing Friday.
Before joining Franklin, Granados served in senior financial executive roles at private companies, primarily in the retail e-commerce sector, according to the filing.
Shares of Franklin Wireless were down 1.2% in recent trading.
