智通财经APP讯，海普瑞(002399.SZ)公告，公司于2024年12月31日与浙江永太药业有限公司(简称“永太药业”)签订分销协议，永太药业授予海普瑞在美国全境商业化加巴喷丁胶囊Gabapentin的许可。
公告显示，加巴喷丁是一种常用的抗癫痫药物，被广泛用于治疗神经痛和其他疼痛性疾病，可能的作用机制有影响γ-氨基丁酸的合成和释放，与电压门控钙通道的亚单位结合以及调节谷氨酸能神经元。在美国，加巴喷丁被正式用于治疗成人带状疱疹后神经痛和3岁及以上患者部分发作性癫痫的辅助治疗。
