智通财经APP获悉，九源基因(02566)尾盘跌近6%，低见6.22港元再创上市新低，较招股价12.42港元已腰斩。截至发稿，跌5.61%，报6.23港元，成交额368.43万港元。
消息面上，据界面报道，国家药监局12月31日药品通知件送达信息显示：九源基因的司美格鲁肽注射液在列，意味着该产品暂时未获批准。今年4月2日，九源基因递交了司美格鲁肽注射液的上市申请并获受理，这也是国内第一家申报上市的司美格鲁肽生物类似药。
据九源基因相关负责人透露，此次吉优泰未获批的两个规格分别是2.68mg/ml，3ml（笔芯）和2.68mg/ml，3ml（预填充注射笔），适用的给药剂量是2mg每周一次。“事实上，原研药物的这一给药剂量在欧、美已获批，但并未在中国申请上市，因此对于申报不通过我们是有预判的。我们原先申报也只是希望可以进行更多尝试，占得一些先机。”
