Singular Health Group (ASX:SHG) has raised AU$420,000 through the exercise of 4.2 million unlisted options at an exercise price of AU$0.10, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
In addition to the exercise of the options, the company issued 500,000 shares from the conversion of vested performance rights under its employee incentive plan, the filing said.
Shares of Singular Health Group rose 7% at market close.
