Chinese new energy vehicle sales are projected to reach 16.5 million in 2025, Yicai Global reported Tuesday, citing Zhang Yongwei, vice chairman of third-party think tank China EV100.
China will sell about 15 million NEVs domestically during the year and will export 1.5 million NEVs, the report said.
January-November 2024 NEV sales rose 38% year over year to over 10.7 million units, Yicai reported, citing the China Passenger Car Association.
