智通财经APP讯，弘业期货(03678)发布公告，公司近日获悉，弘苏实业因司法强制执行而透过集中竞价交易及大宗交易减持公司股份超过1%：
于2024年10月9日至2025年1月2日期间，弘苏实业持有的1058.78万股A股(占于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的约1.05%)已由弘苏实业处置。于股份减持前，弘苏实业合共持有7474.12万股A股，占于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的约7.42%。紧随股份减持后，弘苏实业合共持有6415.34万股A股，占于本公告日期公司已发行股本总额的约6.37%。
于本公告日期，弘苏实业并非公司控股股东或最大股东或其一致行动人士。股份减持并不会导致公司控制权发生变动。
董事会认为，截至本公告日期，股份减持并不会对集团的业务经营、企业管治及日常管理造成重大不利影响。
