An undisclosed subsidiary of CNQC International (HKG:1240) bagged a construction contract with an estimated value of HK$1.90 billion from the Housing & Development Board of Singapore, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The contract involves construction work at "Yishun Neighbourhood 8 Contract 16-17 and Park" along with some relevant contingency works.
The work is expected to be completed by the end of August 2028.
