消息面上，宜明昂科发布公告称，拟以最高约9819万元人民币出售上海张投尧新科技发展全部股权予上海张江（集团）。据公告指，上海张投尧新科技发持有上海市浦东新区康桥工业园区的工业土地，土地面积约2.8万平方米。集团表示，出售事项落实后将加强现金流，出售事项所得款项拟用作一般营运资金。
此外，宜明昂科近期完成配售事宜，净筹约2.3亿港元，公司拟将净额约30%将用于为在中国进行IMM2510联合化疗一线治疗非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)和三阴性乳腺癌(TNBC)以及治疗其他实体瘤的Ib/II期及进一步临床研究提供资金；约30%将用于为在中国进行IMM2510联合IMM27M治疗晚期实体瘤的Ib期及进一步临床研究提供资金；约10%将用于为在中国进行IMM01（替达派西普）与阿扎胞苷联合疗法以及IMM01（替达派西普）与替雷利珠单抗联合疗法的关键性临床研究提供资金；及约30%将用于补充本公司营运资金，并作一般企业用途。
