智通财经APP讯，青建国际(01240)发布公告，新加坡建屋发展局于2024年12月31日就新加坡义顺邻里8合约16–17及公园的建筑工程(A部分)和应变工程(B部分)向公司的间接全资附属公司授出一份建筑工程合约(该合约)。
倘若完成该合约中所述的所有建筑工程，该合约的总合约额预计约为18.96亿港元，且该合约预计将于2028年8月底前完成。由于合约额包含或有款项，其未必会实现，故集团自该合约获得的实际合约额未必等于合约额。
