** Stock touches highest level since Dec. 18

** Diversified miner says it has raised A$350,000 ($217,140.00) from a single investor at an average price of A$0.0135 per share

** Average issue price represents a 22.7% premium to stock's last close

** Co says funds will be used to advance the Tanzanian uranium portfolio
