GoFintech Innovation (HKG:0290) has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Shenzhen SpinQ Technology, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The parties will collaborate in building connections with the international capital market for investment and financing activities and jointly explore the application of quantum science in fields such as financial technology, financial education, and quantum finance.
In June 2024, GoFintech Innovation unit Chuangqi International bought a 4.2726% stake in Shenzhen SpinQ Technology.
