重塑能源行使超额配股权 预计增收341万元港元
财中社1月3日电重塑能源（02570）发布公告，宣布于2025年1月2日部分行使超额配股权，涉及合共2万股H股，约占全球发售项下初步可供认购股份总数的0.48%。每股H股的配发价格为147港元，超额配发股份将用于交付已同意延迟交付的相关承配人。此次行使预计将带来约341万元港元的额外所得款项净额。
同时，公告指出与全球发售相关的稳定价格期已于同日结束。稳定价格操作人在此期间购入46万股H股，约占全球发售初步可供认购股份总数的9.52%。联交所已批准超额配发股份的上市，预计将于2025年1月7日开始交易。此公告的发布并不构成任何证券的要约或邀请。
