Dec 31 (Reuters) - Nominations for flows of natural gas into Slovakia from Ukraine on Jan. 1 stood at zero as of 1710 GMT on Tuesday, data from the transmission system operator Eustream showed.
Earlier, Ukraine's gas transit operator had said Russia had not nominated any gas flows for Jan. 1 through the Ukrainian pipeline to Europe, hours ahead of the expiry of a five-year contract between Gazprom and Ukraine's Naftogaz.
