惠理集团董事变动与授出共4293万份认股权
财中社1月2日电惠理集团（00806）发布公告，自2025年1月2日起，董事会联席主席兼执行董事林向红调任为董事会主席，同时董事会联席主席、联席首席投资总监兼执行董事拿督斯里谢清海已调任为非执行董事并被委任为公司荣誉主席，并继续担任提名委员会和薪酬委员会成员。林向红已获委任为提名委员会主席及领导委员会成员。
此外，董事会宣布，公司于2025年1月2日根据认股权计划，向承授人授出合共4293万份认股权，这些认股权将在承授人接纳后生效。认股权将赋予承授人权利，可认购公司股本中最多合共4293万股，相当于截至公告日期全部已发行股份约2.35%。所授出认股权的行使价为每股1.534港元，行使期为5年。
