政府统计处昨日(2日)公布，2024年11月的零售业总销货价值的临时估计为317亿元，按年下跌7.3%，相比市场预期按年跌3.4%。大新金融集团首席经济及策略师温嘉炜表示，大部分主要类别均延续跌势，其中耐用消费品表现明显转弱，销售值由6%增长转为下跌近22%，当中汽车相关销售值跌幅扩大至逾34%；电器及其他未分类耐用消费品销售值按年下跌18%，为2024年4月以来最大跌幅。奢侈品销售值跌幅由逾11%收窄至逾5%，衣履销售值跌幅亦收窄至约6%。
温嘉炜估计，2024年零售销售按年或录得单位数跌幅，2025年表现或大致持平。并指本港去年11月零售销售跌幅再度扩大，或由于期间内地加强“双十一”促销活动，导致港人北上购物意欲增加。深圳12月起放宽居民赴港“一签多行”，加上进入传统消费旺季，本港零售市道短期或见改善，但港人北上消费持续及访港内地旅客消费模式转变，中长线料继续影响本港零售业发展。(js/w)
