智通财经APP获悉，基建股今日普跌，截至发稿，中国中铁(00390)跌3.79%，报3.81港元；时代电气(03898)跌3.66%，报31.6港元；中国中车(01766)跌2.79%，报4.87港元；中国铁建(01186)跌2.62%，报5.58港元；中国交建(01800)跌2.73%，报5.34港元。
长江证券指出，11 月基建投资增速、建筑业 PMI、开工项目环比均有回落，主要系季节性因素影响。12 月来看，房建与非房建资金到位情况环比持续改善，基建水泥直供量与沥青开工率环比整体呈提升趋势，或反映年底施工需求仍有韧性。
国信证券指出，建筑企业当前面临下游需求收缩、工程回款滞后、债务压力增大等多重压力，三张报表持续承压。该行指出，一揽子化债政策将有力化解隐性债务风险，推动建筑企业应收账款清偿，驱动建筑企业资产结构优化、资产质量提升； 建筑企业主动转变发展方式，以现金流为导向，强化现金管理、缩减投资支出，推动利润与现金流匹配度上升，利润质量提升。
