Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT) said Thursday it acquired fluid power company Hydradyne for consideration of about $273 million after contractual closing adjustments.
The consideration for the deal, which was completed Dec. 31, 2024, is subject to further post-closing adjustments, the company said in a regulatory filing.
The company said the acquisition is expected to be accretive to earnings per share within the first year of ownership.
