Value Partners Group (HKG:0806) reassigned its co-chairman, LIN Xianghong, as its chairman while the other co-chairman, Dato' Seri Cheah Cheng Hye, as an honorary chairman of the company, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The company also granted 42.9 million options to grantees under its 2017 share option scheme, following which, the grantees can subscribe for up to 42.9 million new shares of the company at HK$0.10 apiece.
