Cygnus Metals (ASX:CY5) completed its merger with Canadian firm Dore Copper Mining via a statutory plan of arrangement, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The combined entity will be listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange, the filing said. Its main assets are the Chibougamau copper and gold project and the James Bay lithium projects in Quebec, the filing said.
Shares of Cygnus Metals rallied 10% in recent Thursday trade.
