智通财经APP获悉，来自浙江宁波的宁波斯凯蒙太阳能有限公司的控股股东Skycorp Solar Group Limited(以下简称“斯凯蒙太阳能”，股票代码：PN.US)周四宣布下调其即将进行的IPO规模。
该公司目前计划通过发行200万股股票，以每股4至5美元的价格区间筹集900万美元。此前，公司曾计划发行270万股股票，价格区间保持不变。以价格区间中值计算，本次募资金额较此前计划减少了26%。
斯凯蒙太阳能收入来源主要包括：光伏产品的生产和销售，例如太阳能电缆和连接器；高性能计算产品的销售。公司致力于成为绿色能源解决方案的提供商，利用太阳能为数据中心供电，并提供环保的光伏产品。
斯凯蒙太阳能成立于2011年，截至2024年9月30日的过去12个月内，公司录得5000万美元的营收。本次IPO计划在纳斯达克上市，由Cathay Securities担任独家承销商。
