Sunyes Manufacturing (Zhejiang) Holding (SHE:002388), through unit Huizhou Xinlida Electronic Technology, offloaded subsidiary Huizhou Xinyueda Electronic Technology for 31.5 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Tuesday.

Yilian Technology (Shenzhen) acquired Xinyueda Electronic Tech, a manufacturer of special electronic equipment.

After the transaction, the Chinese chemical material manufacturer will no longer hold any equity in Xinyueda Electronic Tech, the disclosure added.

Sunyes' shares closed nearly 5% higher in Shenzhen on Thursday.
