　　诺辉健康（06606.HK）发布公告，董事会宣布朱叶青因个人健康原因已于2024年12月30日辞任董事会主席及首席执行官。

　　董事会认为朱叶青的管理风格与其他董事存在重大差异，继续让其参与管理不符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。

　　董事会已决定召开股东特别大会，提议罢免朱叶青的执行董事职务，若获得通过，将立即生效。同时，董事会委任非执行董事姚纳新为新主席和授权代表，自2024年12月30日起生效。姚纳新还将担任提名委员会主席，提名委员会成员包括两名独立非执行董事。

　　董事会强调，朱叶青的辞任及建议罢免不会对集团业务运营造成重大不利影响。

　　诺辉健康（06606.HK），于2021年2月18日在港交所挂牌上市，当时IPO募资20.42亿港元。其于2024年3月28日起停牌至今。
